Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance dan intellectual capital terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan investment opportunity set sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan perbankan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) dengan berbantuan software STATA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) Intellectual Capital berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. (3) Investment Opportunity Set mampu memoderasi pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap nilai perusahaan. (4) Investment Opportunity Set mampu memoderasi pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap nilai perusahaan.
