Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and compensation on the job satisfaction of honorary teachers in Buleleng District. This research uses quantitative methods. This research is a population study with 45 honorary teachers in Buleleng District as respondents. This data collection method uses questionnaires and documentation notes which are analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that (1) the work environment and compensation together have a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction in Buleleng District (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction in Buleleng District (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction teacher work in Buleleng District.
