Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh love of money terhadap fraud dengan Karma Phala sebagi pemoderasi pada BUMDes se-kecamatan Buleleng. Metode penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif dimana data diolah dengan SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah pengurus BUMDes se-Kecamatan Buleleng dengan sampel yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 66 responden yang terdiri dari pengurus BUMDes. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa (1) love of money memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap fraud. (2) Karma Phala mampu memperlemah pengaruh love of money terhadap fraud. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan love of money mampu mempengaruhi fraud pada BUMDes se-Kecamatan Buleleng.
