Abstract
ABSTRACT Pregnancy examination is a series of examinations that are carried out periodically from the beginning of pregnancy to the delivery process. Irregularity in carrying out pregnancy checks will have an impact on the health of the mother and fetus. Efforts that can be made to prevent problems or complications in childbirth are by providing quality care, from pregnancy to delivery. Based on this, the authors are interested in doing a case study entitled "Comprehensive Midwifery Care for Women in PMB" NM "Work Area of the Suksada II Health Center in 2020". The results obtained in the study are for care for mothers in general good condition, composmentis awareness, stable emotions and conditions, TTV within normal limits, smooth ASI release, TFU not palpable, indicating that involus is running smoothly, there is a loche alba expenditure, there is no sign of infection puerperal as well as for the care of babies born at term gestational age (aterm) with strong tears, active motion, reddish skin color. This is in accordance with the theory of JNPKKR (2017). BB 3000 gram, PB 50 cm on day 21 there was an increase in BB 500 gram. Keywords: pregnancy; complications; comprehensive care
