Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan dan kelemahan pembelajaran online dari perspektif guru dan siswa selama pandemi COVID-19. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru bahasa Inggris dan siswa di SMA / SMK Negeri di Kecamatan Buleleng. Dalam hal ini, subjek penelitian terdiri dari 21 guru bahasa Inggris yang terdiri dari 11 guru laki-laki dan 10 guru perempuan, dan 42 siswa yang mencakup 20 laki-laki dan 22 perempuan. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pembelajaran online memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan menurut persepsi guru dan siswa.
