Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakannya dari instrumen kreatif inovatif, sehingga menghasilkan data yang valid dan reliabel dalam mengukur karakter kreatif inovatif pada siswa SMA/SMK. Instrumen karakter kreatif inovatif merupakan alat ukur bagi guru BK untuk mengetahui tingkat karakter kreatif inovatif pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reasearch and Development (R&D), dalam mengembangkan konsep instrumen karakter kreatif dan inovatif berpedoman pada 10 langkah yang di cetuskan oleh Anastasi Dantes, untuk Pengujian validitas melibatkan lima orang yang terdiri dari Dosen dan guru BK untuk menilai kelayakan instrumen yang dikembangkan yang terdiri dari 42 butir pernyataan, sedangkan pengujian reliabilitas melibatkan 45 responden yang disebar melalui googleform. Berdasarkan uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen karakter kreatif inovatif yang sudah dikembangkan, telah memenuhi kriteria validitas yang memperoleh nilai validitas sebesar 0,9 dan nilai reliabilitas 1,0 yang dapat digolongkan tinggi. Dapat disimpulkan pengembangan instrumen karakter kreatif dan inovatif untuk siswa SMA/SMK memenuhi standar validitas untuk mengukur karakter kreatif inovatif pada siswa SMA/SMK. Kata kunci: karakter kreatif inovatif, Validitas & Reliabilitas, R&D The purpose of this study is to develop and test the feasibility of innovative creative instruments, so as to produce valid and reliable data in measuring innovative creative characters in high school/vocational high school students. The innovative creative character instrument is a measuring tool for BK teachers to determine the level of innovative creative character in students. This study uses themethod Research and Development (R&D), in developing the concept of creative and innovative character instruments guided by the 10 steps proposed by Anastasi Dantes, for validity testing involving five people consisting of Lecturers and BK teachers to assess the feasibility of the developed instrument which consists of 42 statement items, while reliability testing involves 45 respondents who are distributed through google form with random sampling technique. Based on the validity test using the product moment formula and reliability using the Cronbach alpha formula, this innovative creative character instrument that has been developed has met the validity criteria which obtained a validity value of 0.9 and a reliability value of 1.0 which can be classified as high. It can be concluded that the development of creative and innovative character instruments for high school/vocational high school students meets the validity standard for measuring innovative creative characters in high school/vocational high school students.
