Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian yang dilakukan oeleh peneliti saat ini dilakukan guna untuk menguji Pengaruh kemampuan dan motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Driver Grab di Singaraja. Peneliti, dalam melaksanakan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kausal, yang dimana penelitian kausal merupakan penelitian yang merupakan sebuah penelitian tengan suatu sebab akibat. Dalam pemililah lokasi, daerah seputaran yang berada di kota seingaraja menjadi tempat yang tepat untuk dilakukan dalam menjalankan penelitian ini. Sebanyak seratus orang anggota grab yang masih aktip dijadikan sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini, lalu selanjutnya akan di tentukan sampelnya. Dalam penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus sloviin yang mendapatkan jumlah sampel sebanhyak delapan puluh orang anggota grab, dari yang sebelumnya berjumlah seratus orang anggota grab. Sebuah dokumentasi dan penyebaran angket kuesioner kepada para anggota grab yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode dalam mengmpulkan data penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Driver Grab di Singaraja, dengan signifikansi 0,036 < 0,05 dan nilai t 2,489. (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Driver Grab di Singaraja, dengan signifikansi 0,011 < 0,05 dan nilai t 2,632. (3) kemampuan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja Driver Grab di Singaraja, dengan signifikansi 0,018 < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Kinerja; Kemampuan; Motivasi ABSTRAK Research conducted by researchers is currently carried out in order to examine the effect of ability and motivation on the performance of Grab drivers in Singaraja. The researcher, in carrying out this research, uses causal research, where causal research is research which is a study of a cause and effect. In choosing the location, the surrounding area in the city of Seingaraja is the right place to do this research. A total of one hundred Grab members who are still active are used as the population in this study, then the sample will then be determined. In determining the sample in this study using the sloviin formula which obtained a total sample of eighty grab members, from the previous one hundred grab members. A documentation and distribution of questionnaires to grab members who were sampled in this study is a method of collecting research data. The results of this study indicate that (1) work ability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Grab Drivers in Singaraja, with a significance of 0.036 < 0.05 and a t value of 2.489. (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Grab Drivers in Singaraja, with a significance of 0.011 <0.05 and a t value of 2.632. (3) ability and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Grab Drivers in Singaraja, with a significance of 0.018 < 0.05.
