Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan langkah-langkah dalam menangani Program U Recognition melalui. Sistem COMANCHE di Hotel U-PaashaSeminyak. Seluruh data-data yang menunjang penilitian ini diperoleh dari pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh Manager Front Office untuk seluruh karyawan dan peserta pelatihan. Seluruh peserta pelatiha dan karyawan akan dilatih oleh manajer dalam mengoprasikan Sistem COMANCHE untuk menangani Program U Recognition. Pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara rutin setiap akhir bulan. Adapun hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu menguraikan tentang langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh Reseptionis dalam menangani Program U Recognition melalui Sistem COMANCHE di Hotel U-Paasha Seminyak.
