Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja penambangan pasir dan faktor penyebab tidak adanya perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja penambangan pasir. Penelitian ini melibatkan pengusaha penampangan pasir dan pekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan yuridis empiris dan menggunakan metode observasi, studi dokumen dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : bentuk perlindungan hukum yang diberikan tidak sesuai dengan UU Nomor 13 tahun 2003 dan penyebab tidak adanya perlindungan hukum karena kurangnya informasi serta sosialisasi.
