Abstract
ABSTRACT Wira Udayana, Ketut (2020), Development of Pascasarjana Academic Information System (SIAP) Based on Model Icremental. Thesis, Computer Science, Graduate, Ganesha University of Education. This thesis has been supervised and approved by Supervisor I: Prof. Dr. I Made Candiasa, M.I.,Komp. and Supervisor II: Dr. Dewa Gede Hendra Divayana, S.Kom., M.Kom. Keywords : development, evaluation, usability, effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, user experience.. This research is aims to develop an Academic Progress Information System (SIsKA) in the Computer Science Study Program, Graduate Program at the Ganesha Education University based on an usability evaluation. The incremental model is used in the development of SIsKA. The evaluation phase is carried out with Performance Measurement to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the system, accompanied by a combination of Restrospective Think Aloud and User Experience Questionnaire to measure aspects of user satisfaction. The improvement recommendations are then validated by conducting Focus Group Discussions with SIsKA managers. The usability evaluation was carried out on 20 respondents, selected using simple random sampling techniques from 139 active SIsKA users. Testing the code of the results of the development of SIsKA was also carried out using White Box Testing. The results of the phase 1 evaluation of the SIsKA development showed that the SIsKA developed was still not effective and efficient with the level of user satisfaction in the aspect of perspicuity is 1,63 still included in the good category so proceed to phase 2 developments. The results of the phase 2 development show that SIsKA has been effective and efficient with an error rate of 0% with no difference in processing time based on statistical test. All aspects of user satisfaction in phase 2 development are in the excellent category with an average value of each aspect are: attractiveness aspect is 2,23, perspicuity aspect is 2,30, efficiency aspect is 2,49, dependability aspect is 2,55, stimulation aspect is 2,30, and novelty aspect is 2,35. Future development and evaluation can be focused on improving the complexity of 14 SIsKA functions and analyzing the security of SIsKA code and server.
