Abstract

Riset berikut memiliki tujuan guna melihat keberpengaruhan profitabilitas, ukuran KAP, dan kompleksitas operasi pada ketepata waktu laporan keuangan. Riset ini berjenis kuantitatif. Ditentukannya sampel dipiliihkan mempergunakan purposive sampling, populasinya ialah usaha sub sektor properti dan real estate yang ada di daftar Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan jumlah 79 unit usaha. Riset ini dijalankan dalam periode 4 tahun yakni 2018 sampai 2021 maka didapatkan jumlah sampel untuk riset berikut yakni 208 unit usaha. Datanya bersumber dari data sekunder yang didapatkan dari web resmi www.idx.co.id. Penggunaan pengujian pada riset berikut mempergunakan pengujian regresi logistik dimana mempergunakan SPSS versi 26. Temuan riset memperlihatkan kalau tiap variabelnya yakni profitabilitas, ukuran KAP, dan kompleksitas operasi mempengaruhi ketepatan waktu pelaporan keuangan.
