Abstract
ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA PEREMPUAN “PD” DI PMB “SM” DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS SERIRIT III TAHUN 2019 Asuhan komprehensif adalah asuhan yang diberikan oleh bidan dari mulai kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir, nifas dan sampai ibu memutuskan untuk menggunakan KB yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan secara continuity of care untuk mencegah terjadinya komplikasi pada kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir, nifas dan KB. Asuhan kebidanan diberikan kepada Pr “PD” di PMB “SM” mulai tanggal 07 Mei 2019 sampai dengan 21 Juni 2019. Metode asuhan kebidanan pada laporan tugas akhir ini menggunakan manajemen kebidanan berdasarkan 7 langkah varney pada Pr “PD” dari usia kehamilan 38 minggu 4 hari sampai memutuskan untuk menggunakan KB Suntik 3 Bulan pada Nifas 42 hari. Asuhan kehamilan dilakukan kunjungan antenatal sebanyak 10 kali selama kehamilan. Pada trimester III dengan keluhan sering kencing dan nyeri pada pinggang dan sudah dapat diatasi oleh ibu sehingga selama kehamilan Pr “PD” dalam keadaan baik dan normal. Asuhan persalinan tanggal 10 Mei 2019 Pr “PD” bersalin secara normal, ditolong oleh bidan dan sesuai dengan APN, bayi lahir spontan belakang kepala, jenis kelamin laki-laki, BBL: 3060 gram, PB: 49 cm. Asuhan masa nifas pada Pr “PD” berjalan lancer dan tidak ada komplikasi pada ibu dan bayinya juga. Pada ibu dan bayi sudah diberikan KIE selama proses asuhan dan pada masa nifas ibu sudah memutuskan untuk menggunakan KB Suntik 3 Bulan setelah 42 hari masa nifasnya. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan kebidanan komprehensif yang telah dilakukan pada Pr “PD” diharapkan Pr “PD” dapat menerapkan KIE yang telah diberikan selama diberikannya asuhan sehingga kondisi ibu dan bayi tidak mengalami komplikasi. Kata Kunci : Kehamilan, Persalinan, Nifas COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFERY CARE FOR "PD" WOMEN IN PMB "SM" IN THE SERIRIT PUSKESMAS WORK AREA III IN 2019 Comprehensive care is care provided by midwives from pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, childbirth and until the mother decides to use family planning that aims to provide continuity of care services to prevent complications in pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, childbirth and KB. Midwifery care is given to Pr "PD" in PMB "SM" from May 7, 2019 to June 21, 2019. The method of midwifery in this final report uses obstetric management based on 7 steps varney on Pr "PD" from 38 weeks of gestation 4 weeks days until deciding to use 3 Month Injections for Postpartum 42 days. Pregnancy care is performed antenatal visits 10 times during pregnancy. In the third trimester with complaints of frequent urination and pain in the waist and can be overcome by the mother so that during pregnancy Pr "PD" in good condition and normal. Childbirth care on May 10, 2019 Pr "PD" normal delivery, assisted by midwives and in accordance with the APN, spontaneous birth baby behind the head, male sex, BBL: 3060 grams, PB: 49 cm. Childbirth care in Pr "PD" runs smoothly and there are no complications for the mother and baby as well. Mothers and infants have been given IEC during the care process and in the postpartum period the mother has decided to use a 3 month injection plan after 42 days of the postpartum period. Based on the results of comprehensive midwifery care that has been carried out at Pr "PD" it is expected that Pr "PD" can apply the IEC that has been given during the provision of care so that the condition of the mother and baby does not experience complications.
