Abstract
Kehamilan adalah masa dimulainya pertemuan antara sel telur dan sel sperma kemudian berkembang menjadi zigot dan berlanjut menjadi janin. Salah satu ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil adalah sering kencing yang disebabkan oleh penekanan kepala janin yang turun ke panggul yang menekan kandung kemih. Hasil yang didapatkan pada Perempuan “RD” G3P2A0 UK 37 Minggu Preskep U Puka Janin Tunggal Hidup Intrauteri. Asuhan Kebidanan Komprehensif perempuan “RD”, selama masa kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas ibu mendapatkan asuhan sesuai dengan standar 10 T dengan keluhan sering kencing tidak ditemukannya adanya komplikasi selama kehamilan,terdapat beberapa kesenjangan, penatalaksanaan yang diberikan kepada perempuan “RD” yaitu dengan senam kegel yang dilakukan sebanyak 3-4 kali dalam seminggu dengan durasi yang disarankan selama 10-15 menit untuk sekali sesi. Pada persalinan Kala I-IV berjalan dengan normal tanpa ada penyulit, terdapat kesenjangan yaitu melakukan standent dengan menggunakan kain steril, tidak sangga susur, melakukan hisap lender pada saat bayi baru lahir dengan delee, melakukan jepit potong tali pusat tidak diatas perut ibu melainkan di underpad, melakukan IMD namun tidak berhasil dan tidak melakukan penegangan tali pusat terkendali. Pada masa nifas berjalan dengan baik dan normal, tidak ditemukannya tanda infeksi. Asuhan pada bayi baru lahir terdapat kesenjangan yakni melakukan perawatan tali pusat yang masih dibungkus dengan kasa. Dari intervensi yang telah diberikan senam kegel dapat berkurang dan mampu beradaptasi dengan kondisinya. Diharapkan bidan dapat meningkatkan asuhan sesuai dengan teori yang ada sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas bagi ibu dan bayi, serta kesenjangan yang terjadi pada ibu dan bayi tidak terlalu berpengaruh besar terhadap kondisi ibu dan bayi. One of the discomforts in pregnant women is frequent urination caused by the pressure of the fetal head descending into the pelvis which presses on the bladder. The results obtained in the woman "RD" G3P2A0 UK 37 Weeks Preskep U Puka Single Fetus Live Intrauterine. Comprehensive Midwifery Care for women "RD", during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum the mother received care according to the 10 T standards with complaints of frequent urination, no complications were found during pregnancy, there were several gaps, the management given to women "RD" was with Kegel exercises which were done 3-4 times a week with a recommended duration of 10- 15 minutes for one session. During the first-fourth stage of labor, the situation was normal without any complications. However, there were gaps, namely performing standent using sterile cloth, not supporting the baby with a rail, performing mucus suction when the baby was born with a delee, clamping the umbilical cord not on the mother's stomach but on the underpad, performing early birth control but was unsuccessful and not performing controlled umbilical cord tension. During the postpartum period, the situation was good and normal, no signs of infection were found. There were gaps in newborn care, namely performing umbilical cord care that was still wrapped in gauze. From the interventions that have been given, Kegel exercises can be reduced and able to adapt to the condition. It is hoped that midwives can improve care in accordance with existing theories so that they can provide quality services for mothers and babies, and the gaps that occur between mothers and babies do not have a major impact on the condition of the mother and baby.
