Abstract
Wanita yang memasuki masa pubertas dan system reproduksinya normal melakukan hubungan seksual dengan seorang pria yang sudah mengalami tanda-tanda reproduksinya sudah berfungsi bisa menyebabkan terjadinya kehamilan. Namun tidak menutup kemungkinan ibu hamil awalnya berjalan normal tetap normal tanpa komplikasi, faktor yang menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya komplikasi bahkan dapat membahayakan ibu dan bayi yaitu adalah kehamilan resiko tinggi. Hal ini dilihat dari adanya ibu hamil memiliki kehamilan resiko tinggi, sebenarnya hal tersebut dapat dicegah dengan memberitahukan mengenai apa itu resiko tinggi dan melakukan skrining dini untuk mengetahui status kehamilan. Dari kasus yang ditulis dilakukan asuhan pada perempuan “MA” usia 26 tahun dengan melakukan pendekatan pada subjek sehingga didapatkan judul kasus Asuhan Pada perempuan “MA” Dengan Keluhan Nyeri Punggung. Dengan melakukan pengkajian data subyektif dan obyektif, menegakkan diagnose, melakukan pelaksanaan, dari studi kasus tersebut didapatkan bahwa perempuan “MA” hamil anak ke dua pada umur 26 tahun dengan keluhan sakit pada punggung namun bias diatasi sudah melakukan ANC di PMB, puskesmas maupun di dokter SpOg. Tidak ada gengguan pada bio-psiko-sosial ibu dan ibu lahir normal di PMB dengan keadaan ibu dan bayi sehat, pada saat nifas ibu dan bayi pun tidak mengalami keluhan apapun. Kata kunci : kehamilan, keluhan, pemeriksaan kehamilan. Abstract Women who enter puberty their normal reproductive system and have sexual relations with man who has experienced signs reproductive functioning can cause pregnancy. But not rule out possibility pregnant women initially walking normally will remain normal without complications, factor that is one of causes complications can even endanger mother and baby that is high risk pregnancy. This is seen from presence pregnant women who have high risk pregnancies, in fact this can prevented by informing them about what is high risk and doing early screening to find out status of pregnancy. The cases written and carried out care for women "MA" aged 26 years by approaching subject in order to obtain title care cases in women "MA" with complaints of back pain. By reviewing subjective and objective data, establishing diagnoses, conducting them, from case study was found that the female "MA" is pregnant with second child at age 26 with complaints of back pain but can overcome by having ANC at PMB, puskesmas or doctor spOg. There is no distraction to bio-psycho-social mother and the mother is born normally in PMB with healthy mother and baby condition, at time childbirth mother and baby not experience any complaints.
