Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatahui dan menganalisis pengaruh rasio likuiditas, leverage, sales growth, dan arus kas operasi terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan yang delisting dari MNC36 tahun 2017-2019. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan krieria-kriteria tertentu sehingga memperoleh 22 sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan rentang pengamatan tiga tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Rasio likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap financial distress. (2) Leverage berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress. (3) Sales growth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress. (4) Arus Kas Operasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap financial distress.
