Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh inflasi, BI rate dan Profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan property dan real estate baik secara simultan dan parsial. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah inflasi, BI rate, profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi liner berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) inflasi, BI rate, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) BI rate berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
