Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan riset ini yakni untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan,pertumbuhan perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari website resmi BEI. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 15 perusahaan sektor properti yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2021-2023. Teknik pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 31. Hasil dari pelaksanaan riset ini menunjukkan ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan.
