Abstract

This study aimed to develop an English for Front Office module based on the 6Cs of the 21st-century skills for tertiary level students, and evaluate its validity, practicality, and if it has significant effect on students’ performance tests. An ADDIE development model was employed. A pre-experimental design was conducted at the Evaluate stage. The study was conducted in English for Business and Professional Communication Study Program of Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. Research instruments were questionnaires, a document analysis checklist, interview guides, a test, and scoring rubrics. The data from questionnaires, a document analysis, and interview were analyzed qualitatively, and the data from the test were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics, normality distribution test, and non-parametric test. The findings revealed that the validity of the developed module was categorized into very valid, the practicality was categorized into very practical, and the module has a significant effect with a large effect size on students’ performance test in English and front office skill.
