Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Profitabilitas, Growth, dan leverage, terhadap Earning Response Coefficient (ERC) (Studi pada Perusahaan Property & Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017-2019). Earning Response Coefficient adalah Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas, growth, dan leverage. Seluruh perusahaan Property & Real Estate adalah populasi dalam penelitian ini yang berjumlah 65 perusahaan yang terdaftar selama 3 tahun dari periode 2017-2019 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. purposive sampling adalah cara untuk memperoleh sampel penelitian dengan jumlah 42 perusahaan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menemukan hasil bahwa profitabilitas, dan growth, tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Earning Response Coefficient (ERC). Sedangkan leverage memiliki pengaruh terhadap Earning Response Coefficient (ERC).
