Abstract
ABSTRAK Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia atau World Health Organization pada tanggal 11 Maret 2020 resmi menyatakan virus korona baru atau COVID-19 sebagai pandemi, merujuk lebih dari 118 ribu kasus infeksi di lebih dari 110 negara dan wilayah seluruh dunia dengan risiko penyebaran global lebih luas. Sehingga mengakibatkan pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan agar masyarakat melakukan kegiatan belajar dan bekerja dari rumah secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan guru dan siswa pada pembelajaran berbasis online di sekolah dasar negeri tingkat Gugus 3 kecamatan Busungbiu. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang secara spesifik menggunakan penelitian jenis deskriptif kual- itatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif dari Miles & Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan guru pada pembelajaran berbasis online di Sekolah Dasar Negeri tingkat Gugus 3 kecamatan Busungbiu dari segi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Guru dan siswa mengalami kesulitan berupa: (1) kesulitan dalam menentukan jenis penilaian; (2) kesulitan dalam menyampaikan materi; dan (3) kesulitan dalam mengevaluasi siswa. Kata kunci : Kesulitan Guru dan Siswa, Pembelajaran online ABSTRACT The World Health Organization or the World Health Organization on March 11, 2020 officially declared the new corona virus or COVID-19 as a pandemic, referring to more than 118,000 cases of infection in more than 110 countries and regions around the world with the risk of a wider global spread. This has resulted in the government issuing a policy so that people can study and work from home online. This study aims to describe the difficulties of teachers and students in online-based learning in state elementary schools at the Cluster 3 level of Busungbiu sub-district. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach that specifically uses qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used interactive model data analysis from Miles & Huberman. The results showed that the difficulties of teachers in online-based learning in Cluster 3 State Elementary Schools, Busungbiu sub-district in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Teachers and students experience difficulties in the form of: (1) difficulty in determining the type of assessment; (2) difficulties in conveying the material; and (3) difficulties in evaluating students.
