Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memastikan pengaruh layanan konseling behavioral dengan teknik self control dalam meminimalisir perilaku agresif pada peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 3 di SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Pada penelitian ini mengguanakan metode eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini menerapkan desain non-equivalent post-test control group design dengan struktur quasi-experimental. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dalam penerapan sampel ini menghasilkan kelas XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Menggunakan aplikasi SPSS for Windows versi 26, teknik analisis data t-test dan effect size digunakan. Untuk mengumpulkan informasi, perilaku agresif diamati dan disurvei. Nilai Sig. 0,000 > 0,05 yang menampakkan bahwasanya H0 ditolak, didasarkan pada temuan analisis yang telah dilakukan. Dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh konseling behavioral dengan teknik self control dalam meminimalisir perilaku agresif peserta didik agar mampu membantu siswa menampilkan perilaku agresif yang lebih rendah.
