The study population was English language college students at Undiksha who had experience developing writing skills using AI technology. With certain considerations, the total sample was 304 respondents. The instruments of this research consist of perceived usefulness which consists of eight items, perceived ease of use which consists of eight items and self-efficacy which consists of eight items. Data was collected using a questionnaire in the form of a Google form and then analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method. Research findings display the significance level of p-value of 0.00 < α (0.05) so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be said that there is a regression of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on preservice English teacher self-efficacy in using AI in teaching writing skills
