Abstract
The study aimed to understand the correlation between employee welfare and job satisfaction in the Chinese Hotel industry. In the study, there are 4 research questions which provide a detailed idea about the importance of employee welfare in enhancing the job satisfaction of the workforce in the Chinese hotel industry. This researcher used quantitative analysis through thematic analysis. Hilton Beijing, Hilton Chongqing, and New World Beijing Hotel were selected for collecting data, Simple random sampling method has been followed by the researcher in the study. The sample population of this research work consists of 101 participants who are employees of the Chinese hotel industry. This research found that, Positive correlation is available between Job satisfaction and employee welfare which are associated with the Chinese hotel industry. Excellent training, post-booking communication, implication of in-room technology, and facilitation to the guests can be recommended for the Chinese hotels to improve the betterment of the industry successfully.
