Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitabilitas dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sub Sektor Property dan Real Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan objeknya adalah profitabilitas, struktur modal, dan nilai perusahaan. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari profitabilitas dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan, ada pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, ada pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan.
