Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji kualitas produk dan word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian ayam betutu Warung Betutu Bu Lina. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kuesioner yang disebar kepada 100 responden. Hasilnya penelitian ini adalah baik kualitas produk dan word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Lebih lanjut keputusan pembelian akan lebih dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk apabila memperkuat peran word of mouth sebagai variabel penghubung.
