Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Teori Konseling Cognitif Behavioral Dengan Teknik Modelling Untuk meningkatkan Self Heterosexual pada siswa kelas X OTKP A SMK N 1 Singaraja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pretest posttest group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa seluruh kelas X di SMK N 1 Singaraja. Dalam teknik pengambilan data sampel menggunakan Simple Kelas Random sampling, didapatkan kelas X OTKP A sebagai kelas eksperiment yang berjumlah 38 siswa dan kelas X BDPM A sebagai kelas control yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Dalam metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji T-Test dan Efect Size yang dimana menggunakan suatu program SPSS versi 21. Instrument Pengumpulan data ini menggunakan data Observasi, Wawancara, Buku Harian dan Kuisioner. Hasil dari kesimpulan berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini bahwa model konseling CBT dengan teknik modelling ini efektif untuk dilakukan disekolah. Maka penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efektivitas teori konseling cognitive behavioral therapy dengan teknik modeling untuk meningkatkan Self Heterosexual pada siswa kelas X OTKP A SMK N 1 Singaraja.
