Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan terminologi yang digunakan dalam front office. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data adalah formulir yang digunakan di front office, website hotel, dan buku-buku yang berhubungan dengan Front Office. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa istilah yang digunakan di front office diklasifikasikan menjadi 9 topik, yaitu staf hotel, tipe hotel, kamar hotel, formulir yang digunakan, front office (penerimaan), front office (reservasi), front office (operator telepon), front office. kantor . kantor . bagian kantor (front office kasir), dan topik fasilitas hotel dan 315 kata bahasa Inggris.
