Abstract

Subyek penelitian ini hanya satu praktek kerja lapangan di Bank BPD Bali Cabang Singaraja. Trainee melakukan program pelatihan kerja dari tanggal 01 Februari sampai dengan 30 April 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan metode deskripsi dan akan fokus pada deskripsi pekerjaan masing-masing front liner di bank. Berdasarkan pengalaman penulis, ada tiga front liner di bank. Mereka adalah Keamanan, Layanan Pelanggan, dan Teller. Mereka memiliki pekerjaan yang berbeda dalam setiap situasi. Kata Kunci : Front Liner, Security, Customer Service, Teller.
