Abstract

Wisata religi merupakan salah satu jenis wisata tertua dalam pariwisata. Dalam media informasi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan potensi pariwisata religi pada Pura Purohita di Desa Unggahan, Seririt, Kabupaten Buleleng, Bali, Indonesia. Media informasi ini meliputi proses pembangunan pura, bagian-bagian pura beserta fungsinya. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Awal berdirinya Pura Purohita ini karena ada sebuah petunjuk dari Pinisepuh Puri Agung Dharma Giri Utama kepada Jero Mangku Pasek Muti Murwo Kuncoro dan semeton puri. Diceritakan sebelum pendirian Pura Purohita, telah bermunculan dengan sendirinya Pratima di ruang suci Puri Agung Dharma Giri Utama di mana Puri tersebut adalah kediaman Pinisepuh. Manakala Pura telah cukup untuk melinggihkan semua Pratima, maka semua simbol dari para Dewa dan Bhatara tersebut sekarang sudah distanakan di Purohita Pura. Tujuan dari pendirian pura ini adalah untuk memfasilitasi dan mendekatkan masyarakat sekitar untuk melakukan kegiatan sembahyang dan yoga semadhi. Dalam pembuatan media informasi ini menggunakan adobe premiere, adobe audition, adobe after effects dan format factory.
