Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Discovery Learning Model assisted by Audio Visual Media on Self-Efficacy and Learning Responsibility of IPAS Elementary Students. The research method used is quasi experiment with post-test only control group design. Quantitative data obtained were analyzed by MANOVA with the help of SPSS application. The population used in this study were all fourth grade students of SDN Gugus Peliatan Ubud District totaling 95 students. The sampling technique used in this study was Random Sampling. There were 2 classes from the sampling results, 1 experimental class totaling 27 students and 1 control class totaling 28 students. The experimental class was treated with discovery learning model assisted by audio visual media and the control class was given conventional learning. The data collection method used was Non-Test with a questionnaire sheet distributed to students who became experiments and controls in this study. The results of the MANOVA analysis in this study showed that the research showed: (1) shows that the overall F statistic is 0.243 and the sig value is 0.000. Since the value is <0.05, this indicates that the Learning Media treatment has a significant effect simultaneously on Self-Efficacy and Responsibility; (2) The sig value on Responsibility is 0.000, because the sig value <0.05, H0 is rejected so that it means there is a meaningful difference in Responsibility Outcomes (significant) based on the Learning Media treatment group; (3) The sig value on Self-Efficacy is 0.000, because the sig value <0.05, H0 is rejected so that it means there is a meaningful difference in Responsibility Outcomes (significant) based on the Learning Media treatment group.
