Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan self exhibition antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling humanistik teknik modeling dengan siswa yang tidak mengikuti konseling humanistik teknik modeling dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan konseling humanistic dengan teknik modelling terhadap self exhibition siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian non equivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMK Negeri. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel kelas X AKL D sebagai kelas experiment dan kelas X AKL C sebagai kelas kontrol. Dalam metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji T-Test dan Efect Size yang dibantu dengan program SPSS 21 Windows. Instrument Pengumpulan data menggunakan data Observasi, Wawancara, Buku Harian dan Kuisioner. Hasil dari kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat perbedaan self exhibition antara siswa yang mengikuti konseling humanistik teknik modeling dengan siswa yang tidak mengikuti konseling humanistik teknik modeling dan konseling humanistic dengan teknik modelling efektif untuk meningkatkan Self Exhibition siswa.
