Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan guna memperoleh temuan yang teruji tentang dampak secara simultan dan parsial dari teknologi informasi dan kompensasi terhadap efektivitas kerja. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif kausal dengan subjek penelitian seluruh pegawai ASN BKPSDM Kabupaten Buleleng. Objek penelitian yakni teknologi informasi, kompensasi, dan efektivitas kerja dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Alat analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 25.0 for Windows. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 responden dengan teknik purpove sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, (3) teknologi informasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Kata Kunci : teknologi informasi, kompensasi, dan efektivitas kerja.
