Abstract
AN ANALYSIS OF THE ENGLISH TEACHERS’ PERCEPTION ON REFLECTIVE THINKING PRACTICE IN ONLINE LEARNING IN SMP N 2 SINGARAJA Oleh Ni Putu Harista Wati, 1712021126 Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kemampuan berpikir reflektif guru dan masalah yang dihadapi saat melakukan berpikir reflektif dalam pembalajaran online atau daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teachers’ Reflective Thinking Questionnaire (TRTQ) dan interview sebagai instrument pengumpulan data. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat (4) guru Bahasa Inggris di SMP N 2 Singaraja yang dipilih menjadi partisipan. Hasil dari studi ini menunjukan bahwa dengan mendapat skor 75, guru dapat disimpulkan bahwa mereka memiliki persepsi yang positif dalam berpikir reflektif. Selain itu, terdapat dua masalah yang guru hadapi ketika melakukan praktik refleksi yaitu internet data dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran online. Tetapi, penelitian ini sangat terbatas dalam hal pengumpulan metode yang hanya menggunakan kuisoner dan interview. Maka dari itu, hasil penelitian ini tidak dapat digenaralisasikan dari temuan yang akan diperoleh. Kata Kunci: Berpikir Refleksi, Berpikir Reflektif Skills, Tantangan dalam melakukan Praktik Refleksi.
